Increasing Earth?

Not sure if this should be posted in astrology instead, but i was wondering how to permanently increase ones Earth element.

My biggest problem on this path since day one has been self discipline and consistency. Ive been studying my chart more & discovered I have very low earth which would explain it.

Do i just invoke earth lets say once a week for a set amount of time? Or would runes be a better option?

I was given this working by HPS Shannon some years back.

Basically invoke one breath of earth, vibrate prithivi three times, then one more breath of earth and state your affirmation. It could be something like 'The earth element is making me consistent with all my pursuits', or you can come up with your own.

Do it for more than 40 days of course. Waxing Capricorn moon on the way. Also, try to do it daily in the morning so as to not skip a day.

The reason you do low breaths is because earth can make you stiff when invoked in large quantities in an earth deficient person, among other effects.
