I will proudly be participating in the Destruction Ritual tonight. Although I have a question about these Runes. I have a lot of enemies in my personal life, some of which have so seriously wronged me that they should have gone to prison, but were never caught. Can I preform this Destruction Ritual against personal enemies? And is a ritual even necessary when I am extremely angry with someone? Could I just find a quiet moment and chant these runes against an enemy, Evoking the Destructive and Death energy, and send it into them?   Death to every enemy Satan has, Because these are My enemies too!   Hail Father Satan!! Hail my Guardians!!

You can just use the runes themselves. Do like you said, when you've
got a spare moment of time; vibrate the runes. Use your hatred and
anger like a missle and direct the energy where it needs to go. You
could also vibrate Uruz to amplify the runes' power.

Yes, you can do this. Black Magick is about justice. When people intentionally wrong us, we have the right to revenge. We are Spiritual Satanists. We never let people walk all over us.

When you have enough personal Energy and you are extremely angry at someone, sometimes a simple visualization will be enough.
