Important Truths about Nutrition [Part 2]

Read Part 1 here...
http://josministries.prophpbb.com/topic17323.html

First of all, this series of posts is NOT to spread some unknown truth, but it is aimed to spread AWARENESS. It is a reason for people to get some initial info and get you started learning about nutrition.

We all come from different backgrounds (genetics, culture, parts of the world etc), and like in everything Spiritual Satanism, it also applies to nutrition. Do your own research and follow the signs of your body. Each one of us is unique. Explore, research, and learn what works for you as an individual.

What is Fat?

When we think of fat, to most comes this image of this jelly like substance that's under our skin and creates curves in our body and affects our appearance. But that's only one little part of the truth...

Fat is an essential energy source for humans. We eat fat and we also store energy in our bodies in the form of fat. Fat is utilized for energy, to build cell membranes, to transport fat-soluble vitamins and phytochemicals, to protect our organs from injury and our bones from pressure, and to insulate the body. Fats are also referred to as lipids.

Ok, in layman's terms; Our whole body is build by fat. FAT IS ESSENTIAL for our survival!

Fact is, we need fat. This point is nonnegotiable. A review coauthored by Walter Willett, chair of the department of nutrition at the Harvard School of Public Health, included the explosive statement that “It is now increasingly recognized that the low-fat campaign has been based on little scientific evidence and may have caused unintended health consequences.”

Dietary Fat

We’ve spent decades believing that dietary fat is the enemy. Where we once embraced foods rich in natural fat, we now obsess over what the fat in our food is going to do to our hearts and our cholesterol levels. We decided—probably because we heard it from someone who heard it from someone else, whether a doctor, a pharmaceutical rep, or an actor in a Cheerios commercial—that dietary fat is just as bad as body fat, and we spend our lives avoiding the foods rich in the types of dietary fat that nourished human beings for thousands of years before bad science marked them as evil.

Specifically, we avoid foods rich in natural saturated fat and cholesterol. We avoid a nice, rare steak. We throw away egg yolks. We test our blood cholesterol levels to make sure that our strategy is working.

But it’s not working. Despite all the fat-lowering and cholesterol-obsessing, people are still sick with the same diseases that those changes were supposed to prevent. And when rigorous studies and trials like the Nurses Health Study and the Women’s Health Initiative Dietary Modification Trial failed to show that a low-fat diet has any benefits for long-term health, the powers that be began giving a few types of fats a hall pass: specifically fats from plants, like highly profitable plant-based oils. (Oils are simply fats in liquid form.)

The most common dietary plant-based oils, like soybean oil, corn oil, and canola oil, are certainly politically correct: They’re free of the baggage surrounding saturated fat and animal products. They’re the fats from which margarine is usually made. They’re highly profitable. They’re also highly processed and totally unfit for human consumption.

Here is the most important keyword; PROCESSED. If we want to differentiate between oils/fats the keyword is how processed it is before we eat it.

Crop Oils

So soybean oil, corn oil, canola oil etc. are crop oils. They are massively farmed on dead soil. And because the soil/earth is dead from the constant farming, they put fertilizers in it. And don't think that these fertilizers are something nutritious that is good for our bodies. Usually fertilizers contain many artificial/unnatural chemicals that are discarded from other industries. And they use the minimum fertilizers required in order to grow the crops.

After this they are sprayed with pesticides in order to maximize the profit (we can't afford birds/bugs etc eating our crops/money). These pesticides washed off by rain/watering run off to natural streams of water polluting nature, but fuck it, not our problem, right?

Then the crops are harvested and off to a factory that processes the shit out of these crops in order to extract as much oil as possible. More oil, more money (don't forget about it). More processing means that if any nutrients manage to reach this phase are destroyed/transformed. The end product is something without any useful nutrition at best, or something that is detrimental to our health.

Fuck. So what kind of oils should I eat?

I'd say oils that are not processed at all. Like virgin olive oil (the oil is pressed out of the olive oils, not affecting the quality of the fat), or plant based oils by eating plants (avocados, coconuts, nuts, and olives). I repeat, the keyword is "processed"; the less processed the better. Do your own research.

Types of Fat

When we talk about fat types—saturated, monounsaturated, and polyunsaturated—we’re actually talking about fatty acids. Fatty acids are chains of carbon and hydrogen atoms attached to a carboxyl group, which is like a hinge that keeps the individual chains together. Every fat, whether plant or animal, is made up of those same raw materials.

Holy shit, that's a lot of science talk

To make it real simple for those that have no idea (or don't care) about organic chemistry.

A fat molecule is like a big dining table (see image bellow). The carbon molecules are the table, and the chairs around the table are the hydrogen molecules.

In saturated fats, ALL the chairs are filled. No vacant chairs.
In mono-unsaturated fats, ONLY ONE or TWO chairs are vacant.
In poly-unsaturated fats, A LOT of chairs are vacant.

Ok, what the fuck does this mean?!

Depending on how the links in these chains are put together, combining a whole mess of hinged-up chains may yield what we label a fat, which is generally solid at room temperature (like butter), or an oil, which is generally liquid at room temperature.

In truth, almost all the natural fats we eat are a blend of these three kinds of fats. Lard, for example, contains some saturated fats, some monounsaturated fats, and some polyunsaturated fats. So does butter. So does olive oil, which is famous for just one of the three fats it contains: monounsaturated fat, which, as I mentioned, is also found in lard.

Whatever a fat is mostly made of—whether saturated, monounsaturated, or polyunsaturated—is generally what we call it. It’s tyranny of the majority. Olive oil is mostly monounsaturated, so that’s what we call it, even though it also contains saturated fat. Lard is called saturated even though it has just slightly less saturated fat than monounsaturated.

Bottom line; animal fats and plant fats have same raw materials even though they are solid or liquid at room temperature

Heart and Cholesterol

Everything we’ve been told about the dangers of fat and cholesterol is wrong.

If you’ve been staying away from natural fat and choking down highly processed substitutes for the real thing, I’ve got some amazing news: Natural, unrefined fat is perfectly healthy. Especially fat from properly raised animals. So make yourself a latte, pour in the cream, and enjoy your three-egg omelet with all the yolks. Your body, your skin, and your brain will thank you.

Again, I emphasize; properly raised animals. You can't have animals fed hormones to fully grow in a few days/weeks, confined in a cage, injected with drugs to keep alive, or in unhealthy environments; sinking in their own shit, and then expect their meat/eggs to be healthy. Do your own research. Research what you eat.

Healthy fats come in many varieties, and when we truly understand their structures and the roles they play in keeping our bodies and minds healthy, there’s not much else to say but “Can you cook that in lard, please?”

Oh, and one more thing, in case the point wasn’t clear: Fat does not make you fat. The first red flag about that old myth? That the rise of obesity in America began right as fat and cholesterol were all-out made evil and has continued through decades of low-fat diets and fat-free factory foods.

Follow the money. Some things changed in order for the jew owned corporations to earn more money.

Think about how rumors get started. One person says something to another, who repeats it to another, and as the message hums along, it takes on a life of its own. People use it for their own gain. It’s unstoppable—and now, with the constant chirp of social media, rumors have gone from controlled blazes to raging wildfires.

Picture this: Sally tells Jimmy that fat and cholesterol are bad and cause heart disease. Jimmy starts a multijillion-dollar company that sells fat-free whoozits, low-fat whatzits, and cholesterol-free thingamabobs. Sally tells Jimmy she might have been wrong. But it's too late now. Jimmy has all the more reasons to ignore the truth.

It's all been done for profit.

Summary?

All humans need healthy bodies in order to have healthy minds. Nutrition is very important. And for us Spiritual Satanists that are pushing the envelope as far as it goes, advancing in all aspects of our life, we need to be educated in this aspect also.

The big jew owned corporations have corrupted our natural diets by destroying our cultures and promoting multiculturalism. By promoting their nutritionless/unhealthy products, they destroy our health while they are making money.

Oh, and this is a whole other can of worms, but if we get sick, the jews have already build a medical empire in order to gain profit from our disease/illness. So they've hedged their funds.
- You're healthy? You buy our "healthy" products and make us rich.
- You're not healthy? You buy our drugs and make us rich.

But that's a topic for another day.

In this part we just scraped the top of the iceberg about Fats. I'll keep talking about aspects of fats in the next part. My intention is to keep these parts in a few thousand words in order to be casually readable.

Stay strong comrades and keep doing the RTRs.
The awareness about the evil of the enemy is spreading.
We will pull the rug from under their feet.

Hail Father Satan and All the Gods of HELL
