im totaly lost =(

i have read pretty much everything about how to meditate and like opening chakras and the third eye ,but i am STILL confused on how to do it,i think i need more then just reading to help me out,would it be possible to have father send a demon to help me or something? i'm sorry if i sound disrespectful or anything, i just need help =/

the way i did opened my third eye was while i made the vibration i focued on my forehead where the third eye is. sorry its not a great description but i hope it helps at least a little
