Ok so im still new, right, and im having trouble with the third eye opening. I read it on the site but step 3 i dont really get how to do the THOTH bit. I did the exercises how im pretty sure it is done and i did get a headache where the third eye is the first time i did it, the seconde time it wasnt a bad heache and the third i didnt get any. So i was wondering if i did it right, how could i tell, if you could also maybe tell me how you did the THOTH part. and can you see other peoples auras?

You did it right. It depends, for some people the physical part is already open, some need to do only once, and others need to do it again.

I think you need to meditate on your 3rd eye more to see auras, opening your 3rd eye is just opening it. You should exercise and strengthen it, better done with the full chakra meditation part for 3rd eye. But for sure, you should be able to feel almost the same pain you described when you concentrate on it. This means its open.

The first time i did the opening exercise the JoS site wasn't updated like now and had another vibration, a simple TH-TH. I did that and i also did the new one THOTH when it was listed first. You simply try to feel the TH part in your 3 rd eye by adjusting the pitch. When it says to vibrate both th and oh at the same time, you continue doing the "th" vibration, but you let the air flow from ABOVE your tongue and round your lips as when saying "OH". Its really simple, but the key is to FEEL the vibration in your 3RD EYE.

Alright so my whole drive came two weeks ago. I wanted yo watch a horror mvie, i decided on "the exocist" while watching it i continuously had the desire to contact a demon. Ive n ever believed they were evil, and while watching the movie i kept think about how cool it would be to talk to one. A being who ja slived far beyond me and because of this could possibly teach me anything. So afyer the movie i decided to try and communicate in some way and have a connection that lasted. As i searched the internet i came across your page on demon guardians and read the part about the pendalem communication. So i tried it and as my first question i asked if anyone was watching over me. I didnt expect a response, however my pendalum began to slowly spin in circles bigger and bigger. I didnt want to believe it, i thought somthing else had caused it. So i tried again but with now glass vase to see if eventually it would spin again, if it wasnt real it would spin in circles again and as expected it didnt. Excited i began asking questions like if they had watched me my whole life, and if i had ever dremt about them. Later that night i went to sleep, now for me im a great dreamer ive astil projected manu times and have had many lucid dreams. However thay night i astriled without me doing it. ....... now here is where my questioning begins. In the. "dream" lets call it, (i did think i was dreaming but my gut told me to check my clock in my room which is how i tell, if i cant read the clock im not awake because its always impossible to read) there where six people in my room, three men i had never seen dressed in black, and 3 women. Two o fthem where people i knew. The three men said to the one girl i didnt know that "you have this under, control" then they left. Now the girl was fair skinened, blonde and absolutely beautiful. I sat and she laid my head in her lap, at this point i asked the time, she told me not to worry about it and to relax, i began to worry and freak out, because at this point i knew i wasnt dreaming. She continued to calm me. My friends did as she commanded and calmed me down. ... then i woke up.... my question is who was she? And can i get some explanation to what happend? Please and thank you!
