I'm doing the right spell?‏

Well, I have many months of experience and I'm trying to do the spell of love, the best I can, but do not know if I'm doing it right.
I am using two.

This is one I'm not sure, so I have read and understood the JOS: I masturbate, and when I get in ecstasy, sometimes I say while I visualize a white light throughout the target.

The second is using runes: I use Giof, turn out the lights in the room and vibro sometimes. Once I finish I do vibrate the assertion a few times and also visualize a white light on the target.

And I read on the website that is most effective when the target's asleep, then visualize the target asleep too.
