Inside of me i am very afraid, but dont have problems. I think the enemy is controlling my emotions. What should i do?

controlling your thoughts is essential if you want to regain control over your emotions. I would void meditate but it takes time. if you feel helpless and in pain just do Rituals Jehovah Ritual works good or rune the enemy usually fehu ect. binds entities that make up Judea-Christian God and likes of that sort and so on. one more thing controlling thoughts is controlling energy controlling energy is controlling emotion controlling emotion is controlling action controlling action is controlling reality controlling reality is controlling destiny.
