identifying blocked chakras

I recently started a meditation program and ive read a great deal on the site but I feel like I have trouble finding and visualizing the Color of my 6th and sacral chakras and was wondering if that meant they're being blocked by something

Perhaps. Blocked or very weak.

Go through the chakras and work on them. Use Sunlight where possible. This will help.
