Ideal chakra meditations?

Which chakra meditations are ideal? I am guessing it is the awakening
meditations as they have the same format as the full chakra meditation
but I think they are a bit newer and they are based on runes. please
correct me if I am wrong.

I have also learned that the breathing, visualization and chanting- all
aspects of the meditation done at the same time with focus drastically
increases the power. Every aspect of the meditation should be done at the
same time.

Remember though- NEVER force yourself to hold your breath. Breathing should
never be pushed. If you can't hold for six, then hold for four.

The chant should be adjusted so you can feel it vibrating in the chakra you
are working on. This can take several attempts for most people, even those
who do the meditation regularly.

You can use various chants for each chakra, but it is ideal the vibration is
felt in the chakra for it to really do anything. Breathe in and on the
exhale, do the chant. You can also take a few normal breaths between chants.
Ask Demons for advice and guidance and never be afraid to experiment. Always
remember, if something does not feel right, then stop. Also be aware of any
happenings after certain meditations.

I combine the Full Chakra meditation chants with the hand positions in
the opening chakra meditations and the visualizations in the twin
serpent meditation. Also I used the NINGHIZHIDDA chant today and found
it quite good. My throat chakra felt remarkably purified.
