this is about a new legalized practice law enforcement has created to allow any law officer to stop anyone and frisk them and harass them even in their own home and property

they have pretty much legalized harassment by police on innocents below the range of probable cause

this allows police to have the right to arrest and accuse without any reason or cause what so ever
