i know JoS has a technique but there is too much visulisation involved for me, ok i have been trying to astral project for ages as an attempt to get somewere spiritualy (so far ive been a satanist for 7 months and still i can't master void meditations visulisation and havent had any respone from my rituals its infurating) but i get tired but thats it, my thoughts wander too much, and the most i have ever gotten was a very very faint vibration in both hands what quickly stopped i try twice a day at first with ishrohinic tones and then later with just ear plugs so any tips or reasons why this wouldn't work (by the way i haven't opened any charkas yet although i have tried)
my technique is get in bed dont move try either to focus on the tones or if with ear plugs my breathing wait intill vibrations come if someone has a better easier technique please tell me by the way i havent got very good visulisation skills so the less visulsation the better also im wondering whats better ear plugs or tones
