How important is the job to you? Personally, I would leave. Or just quit, depending on how long I had been working there. Also, I would look into the legality of this. Perhaps visit a lawyer. An employer forcing you to do religious things just doesn't sound very legal to me. I could be wrong though, especially considering what a shithole this country has become. Sometimes, you just have to have self respect. Employers will find any excuse to fire you or let you go. Don't be afraid to walk out if you have to.

So they can't legally fire you because you refuse to not participate in Xian prayer. Unfortunately, they can fire you for any other reason. They could just deem you a "bad team member" and fire you. What a nasty dilemma. My advice would be to either quit or start looking for another job. Also, perhaps you could transfer to another branch? If it were me, I would just go to one of their competitors and tell them everything you know about the company, such as trade secrets. There's no easy answer to this, unfortunately. I would definately look into legal action though.

It,s not easy even the Indians in the company have tried to stop it but for no avail!
It,s a general policy here in my country as long as you work with construction,, you must attend a tooth box meeting first in the morning and that's the only time we are ask to pray and signature our Names in the company pay role.


Please all I want to know is, is there anything I can do so that things won't affect me, I just want to know or if there is any way I can cope.

I had something kinda similar the other day. I was with my family (rarely happens because they live a few hundred miles away) and they had a "family prayer". So while they were praying I focused on Father Satan's Sigil, and POURED energy directly into the sigil to send to him all throughout the "prayer". I felt this was a good way to deal with it. It depends on everyone though, this may not be best for you.
