So, I've been thinking for a while now... I hate my name, because not only does it not match me, but it's biblical. I really, really don't want any Demon or fellow Satanist to call me by such blasphemy to our Father Satan, and in general, I don't want such mirth placed upon me. I came up with something... What about if I asked Satan to have the honors of choosing a name for me? What do you, my brothers and sisters, think of this?

I may need a satanic revivification...

There are several options open to you. One is legally changing your name so that you are known in all aspects of life by the new name.
I did this many years ago and even though I was a grown woman well past the age of majority it caused a huge uproar with my parents, but I didn't give a damn because I'd been saddled with a ridiculous name that I despised so much and people made so much fun of it when I was in school and even in the workplace, etc., that it did terrible psychological damage & I couldn't engage in normal relationships so out of embarrassment avoided them. For very sensitive people this can be a huge issue. At least my original names weren't biblical; just ridiculous.
Despite the "volcano" I can say unequivocally that it was one of the best things I had ever done !! I rank it beneath my dedication to Satan, but above everything else; that's how important it was and represented a major positive turning point in life.
I might also add that I didn't just pick a name out of a hat, so to speak, but with the assistance of two Assyrian gods. So I feel, from experience, that your asking for Satan's input or that of your guardian demon is an excellent idea. Remember, this is something you will live with for a lifetime. Yes, you can always change it again, but it's a bureaucratic process with monetary costs and why put yourself through the "now I'm known as..." thing a second time around if it can be avoided? It can be avoided by putting a lot of thought into it first.
OR you can decide to take a new name that is totally private. Or also what some people call a "magickal name". This would never have worked for me but everyone is different.
Everyone has a right to be called what they wish. They are the ones who have to live with it. There is far more to a name than most people realize. I told my daughter that when she old enough to decide what she really wanted to be called (past the play stage where they give themselves strange names for the moment) she was free to do so with my blessing.
Turned out she likes her name very much and had no desire to change it, but the choice was hers, not mine.

That sounds like a marvelous idea in my opinion. I suffered a very similar problem during my youth. My mother named me "Damien", not knowing that the movie "The Omen" would come out shortly after. She had actually named me after the priest in "The Exorcist". Now granted both films are nothing more than crappy xian propaganda, but the name definitely suited me. My grandparents were absolutely ENRAGED at the name, and went through the bible to find a name they thought would be better and started calling me "david". It made my childhood very awful and confusing, which is yet another reason I think I found Satan at such an early age.
If you feel that you should change your name, then I say by all means go for it, just make sure you find the right one. You can always change it again, but the legal hassles aren't really worth doing it more than once.
HAIL SATAN!!!

Many go by their own magical name.
The decision of which one to use is up to you and whether you use that one or the one given to you by your parents is up to you
