Grateful (Gratitude) is a wonderful feeling and quality of a person.

In Slavic languages, it is usually denoted by a single word (term).

A person should understand what he is grateful for every day.

If you look back, then a person's life is conditionally divided into periods and each person goes through them, within the framework of periods a person does not have much time in his life to do everything in time.

Gratitude helps a person realize what is really important to them and what they value most.

🔥💚 Gratitude practices have been very important for me, thank you for sharing Brother! I still do write some of the things I am grateful for each night because they are just as important and as true as all the challenges we may come to face. It's key to remind ourselves about the bigger picture!
