When tuning the chakras with sound vibration, how many repetitions should we use for each chakra?

I'Ve looked through everything related to runes, chakras and the Gods of Hell but I'm just not seeing it.

You pick a number that suits your needs. Some good numbers are 36, 88, and 108.

In the opening of the watchtowers, it is said to use 7 repetitions for each chakra/extension. You can try going with 7 reps, or with a multiple of 7 if you want to do more.

Sure, 108 reps sound awesome but, just try keeping it up (108 x 7 chakras) a day.

even 36 is too much, its a pain in the ass just to sit up straight for 108, and I need to lie down to do anything in the 216 range.
let alone 88 or 108 just for one chakra??

Yeah. 756 total vibrations per day just for one meditation.

I'm a very visually oriented person,,so seeing the chakras, et,al, is not difficult

But, I think using other modalities (the auditory and kinesthetic) might be interesting.

So far, tuning the chakras with sound has proven very powerful.

One tip for newbies: Start small. This metgod packs a punch.
