I have finally done the dedication ritual! I'm finally apart of this wonderful family. ^_^ I do have concerns though. After the ritual was over, I flushed the remain's of the paper down the toilet. I hope that wasn't disrespectful. Also, I wrote my name in blood befor lighting the candle, and I didn't meditate until the candle blew out either because I had to take care of the smoke and the smell. I'm so happy because I wasn't interrupted at all! ^_^ But I still must ask, was the ritual valid? And I'm concerned about whether or not my intentions were true. I hope they were, because I want to do my very best to always make Satan and the Mighty Gods of Duat proud. I want Satan to be the comepletely and utter center of my life and I want to be his greatest disciple. Would my actions prove that my intension's and what I've said are true?

Yes, your future actions will prove your true intentions and what's truly within your heart. And yes, the ritual was valid; although it is not advisable to flush the remainings of your dedication's paper or thanksgiving papers' down the toilet.

Thank you so much for answering Light Yagami. It looks like we are brothers now, doesn't it? ^_^ Anyway, I will be sure to make sure that there aren't any remains next time I do a ritual. I just hope Satan understands that I meant no disrespect. Now that I am dedicated, I have a question. Can I master going into a trance and power hypnotize myself right off the bat if I work hard enough, or do I need to be able to manipulate energy first? And in your opinion how long would it take to master going into a deep trance to where it only takes second's? Do you have any experience? I am going to take this path very seriously by the way, so I hope these questions don't upset you in anyway.

It is very much valid. What is in your heart is all that matters , a ritual is not even necessary all together. It doesn't matter when you signed the name ect. Meditation on the candle is completely optional. I would not have flushed the ashes down the toilet. But, remember you are dealing with a God who is over half a million years old. Who has worked relentlessly to help you. All he is going to think is Yes he Dedicated!! O hes flushing them down the toilet, lol, thats goofy. O well he had to get rid of them, who really cares. My child has come to me!
Don't worry. I plan on doing EVERYTHING that's on the Joy of Satan and then some, and be consistent with it. I just wanted to know if I need to manipulate energy to power hypnotize myself or if going into a deep trance was enough. I read everything there is about power hypnotizing myself on the Joy of Satan and I really think it can be a great help to me. Do you know if going into a deep trance is enough? And another question, is power hypnosis strictly for the brain, or can I program my body to do certain thing's too?

Don't worry bud, Include chakra opening and empowering meditations. In my opinion it would be far more beneficial to you if you focus on opening your astral chakras first, since it opens communication links between you and the Gods including Satan himself. If your astral centres are closed you will have a hard time receiving important signals and messages from the Gods.
Trance states come with time, if you do chakra empwering meditations everyday your psyche will be cleansed, you might not notice it at first, but in the long run you will definitely notice the difference. Open up your senses! The Gods find this imperative since thats how we work with them and vice versa.
Anyway, last but not least, welcome!

Your body is controlled by your brain. So, you can example lose weight by programming your brain that you're losing weight in a healthy way etc.
Anyway, I don't think energy manipulation is connecting to merely programming your brain by hypnosis; but I find it much more powerful to also use color (engulf yourself in a specific color) and a rune (vibrate it) for programming; hence the energy manipulation is needed. I truly understand how important it is to open and empower my chakra's and everything else, and I swear to Satan that that is most definitely what I intend to do, but right now I really wish to become adept at going into a deep trance in order to gain the ability to hypnotize myself so I can fix certain thing's that I feel will greatly hinder my progress, and I don't want that. I want my meditation's to be flawless and effortless and comepletely perfect in every way. By any chance, would binaural beats help me go into a trance easier?
