I was just curios about what you feel when you feel energy?  I always get that falling feeling like it is going down towers the ground.  I think this is because of the quote that father Satan said about how energy should go down to the earth to replenish her, so I direct it downward, giving me that feeling.  Btw, teachers who call satanism "nonsense" are bitches.

it depends on what kinda energy you feel. usually its suppose to circulate which feels like a pulse.

fire moves the fastest and feels like breath or like lungs contracting and relaxing.
water feels like fire but slower and fuller or thicker
earth is magnifying and heavy and feels like its going to turn solid any minute
air feels like fire but like and a softer pulse like a mix between water and fire
ive never invoke or evoked ether (FOR SOME REASON) but i heard it feels like air and water

it feels like that though what youve described and keep sending Her positive energy. when you open your root, Solar P and hands (and shoulders) more that's when you can Really feel the Earth,
