Yes, I've dropped my guard here lately and I'm also in the middle of other fights, as many of us are.

So, when I see.some of the questions, perhaps I -incorrectly -think someone's trolling.

I'm at a vulnerable point but, knowing what I know, this is no excuse.

So, I'll be patient with them.

In spite of what others might say, some of us are attacked a lot. That's for a reason but, that's no excuse.

I forgot to add that you would visualize the Runes in your aura, not both at the same time, and vibrate them individually in seperate workings. You would want to visualize just like cleaning your aura the intense white-gold light and then visualize the Rune(whichever one) then you inhale to prepare to vibrate the Rune, and then vibrate the Rune on the exhale. It is not difficult at all, just like everything else it just takes practice. Make the Rune workings an entirely seperate working from every other psychic working/meditation as they are an individual psychic working by themselves. Always make sure to avoid the void of course moon when doing psychic workings if you can.

Seperate yourself from all of what the enemy is doing by replacing every "A" "this and that" in a sentence and replace it with a "THE". At that point the enemy barely has to attack you as you will instigate the attack yourself by your Spiritual Power that comes through your words, and  thereby starts vibrating on the Astral.

This is something I learned very early on. Those who are a very low level Spiritually can say whatever they want and nothing will typically come from it, but those who have returned to Satan have access to powers, or are gaining/regaining powers. I keep a constant guard which is something I learned from the attacks they instigated 16 years prior to me returning to Satan, which my Soul was desperately seeking when I was a young teen. The enemy pissed itself and decided it didn't like that idea.These childish thugs are dangerous and must always be approached as such.

Know this, there is much more to their head games, or mind attacks than what you see.They are mainly trying to reprogram you into something entirely. Their attacks may seem harmless and nonsensical, but in reality they're always pulling for something. Keep an iron guard and they are left with nothing.

Be on guard constantly for errant thoughts that seem to come out of nowhere, and feelings that do not seem like your own. Their attacks work ONLY if you drop you guard. They'll use anything in exsitence to try and instigate the psychological attack, which composes most of their attack. This takes time and practice, developing the Kudalini Serpent will take almost all of the thinking out entirely of  when the attack happens because you  will see the attack coming before it even happens. Void meditation also helps tremendously along with knowing how to banish thoughts/feelings instantly.

These being who assault the very fabric of The Universe and the Life in it must be annihilated with all force necessary. You must be more battering than they are which means constantly if you are not asleep or in need of personal time in your life then attack then without relent.  Alot of one's personal time must be sacrificed in this endeavor whether the time put aside is the timing that is most convenient or not. When I return to full and active duty I fully plan to curse them everyday I exist until I ascend, or when they die, whichever happens first. This is NOT a game. This is life, or death. If you want to live you will do what is necessary to ensure it everyday. Not just some days. Give them the annihilation the very Universe is screaming out for!

Now is the time to destroy them more than ever. It's as I said, those who come into Satanism should expect to be fighting for their very survival, because they are.
