I can accelerate my meditation?

hi, I have started to do meditation, and in a few days I activated the third eye immeditatamente,then I left and I realized that my third eye was extinguished.but today I decided to attain a training program, so I was advised prior to 40 days, and then do that for six months,I started three days ago with the 40-day program, but now I wonder, can accelerate and combine to 40 days with more than 6 months? For example-open the third eye and the chakras? or should I stick to the program, or finish first to 40 and then start with that of six months.I just want to tell you that I manage to get the benefits of meditation, then wishing I could even accelerate.what do you advise me to do?

You should do the 40 day meditation program and then the 6 months program. If you have energy left while doing these programs you can do extra stuff, like for example doing the exercises for twice as long, or more often. I am personally doing the 6 months program now, and I tweaked some parts of it to be more advanced. You can do visualization exercises for 10 minutes instead of 3 minutes, for example. But I advise you to not change the foundation of these exercises. Only the amount of it should be changed. This way you make it more effective. You can start experimenting with your own routine after finishing these two programs, as they will build a strong foundation for you.
