Before anyone blasts me for saying I was kinda thinking the retrogrades are BS crap. A good SS friend has already taken the time to explain to me WHY it isn't. I was wrong to say that. I was also wrong to react so violently to being (I thought) screamed at. I should have done void and stayed calm. This retrograde is driving me fucking crazy. I seem to take everything the wrong way. Here's a fun use of the THURIZAZ rune though any mantra would work.

All the way up the spine in all 3 extensions and then all the way back down and keep yo yoing it up and down the spine for a minimum of 3 sets so each chakra gets a minimum of 27 reps.

I got the idea from the RAUM meditation and that meditation where you pass energy down your front chakras and up the spine in a loop.
Its been making my nerves go crazy and definitely builds power.

I highly disagree. Time is most certainly on our side. As time goes on, we only get more and more people dedicating. I saw somewhere that we get got 700 in a week? If everyone that joined does just one RTR a day, that's 700 RTR's a day. This devastates the enemy. Not to mention if they wish to stack RTR's also. The Yehubor's time is almost up.HAIL SATAN!!!
