Tell me pls.. I have to do ritual first, then opening the Soul, Chakras... or i can do it without ritual?

You MUST do the dedication ritual before you meditate the reason is once you are dedicated you are protected by the Gods you get stronger with mediation and if you don't have protection then the enemies of humanity (angels, greys, reptilians) will try to hurt you. Dedicate THEN Meditate.
