hey can anyone help me on hydrokineses? i have done as much research as i can but i could find nothing can anyone please help?

A nice way to practice is to send your energy out and make it meld with the waters energy and then control the water by directing the energy the you sent into it using this in first few trys i was able to make ripples and stir the water but don't get discouraged if u can't get it keep tryin
