In alchemy a humunculus is the result of a human transmutation, when an alchemist attempts to bring someone back to life. The alchemist can collect every single component of the human body down to the last 3% of protein inan eyelash however every attempted
transmutation will fail in that the result will be a nearly formless mass barely alive and will not live past a day or so. "Human kind can not gain anything without first giving something in return, that is Alchemy's first law of equivalent exchange." The equivalent exchange
needed for such a transmutation can go as far as an entire human body. This transmutation fails because of one defining factor, the fact
that a soul can not be created nor can it be
retrieved nor reattached to a phisical body.
When the alchemist fails the result can be
sustained by means of a red stone, or a false
Philosophers Stone. This will create a
humunculus which will take the form of the
dead. Can such a thing be created?

Hail Satan Lord Undeniable!!!!

ok...ehm....how to bring this to you...
Alchemy in the world of fullmetal alchemist *coughs* is nothing like real alchemy.
I hate to be a dreamcrusher, and I'm not sure a so called homunculus could be made with any mean (maybe something else can make it) but dude, first look at real alchemic texts (alchemy : the black art, I recommend it) before you use an anime-series as your base of knowledge (although it is a really good series, and you could use it to learn about minerals, it helped me pass my chemistry class)

hail satan and the gods of old!

Was this a serious post, or are you trying to mock us with fictional content from "Full-Metal Alchemist" ?

Looks to me like you've been watching WAY too much Full Metal Alchemist.

I suggest you look up some PDF files on the advanced meditation egroups and study up some REAL spiritual alchemy.

I dont know about anyone else around here..... but im getting a serious full metal alchemist vibe off this post....... xD
but seriously to answer your question, no a philosophers stone cannot be created possibly because it is too advantanced a formula to physically create that and of course it practically shatters the laws of physics.... i'd sugest that you read up on and study the life of Nicolas Flamel a french alchemist who repotedly created a philosphers stone and posiibly is still alive today.
hope this helps

Hey, that doesn't mean it is not possible, if one had enough power.
