Human Head Appeared During JOS Protection Ritual

A 1.5+ feet tall human head appeared during JoS Protection Ritual.
Have big (eyes, swollen lips, human ears) , short (hairs & beard)

First it hover behind my head and looking at my laptop screen i.e., the ritual instructions.
After about a min. It came right in front of my face and making eye contact for few seconds like it could be 5-6 seconds but i didn't stop the ritual and keep continuing the ritual then again it went back of my head then after a min. it disappeared.

There's one more

During entire ritual a black human shaped shadow standing in a black ovel was also standing still and looking at me. This also disappeared after finishing the ritual.

Some chains also appeared on my body.

I would be sure to do the full RTR daily upon waking up and imagine chains breaking off of your soul and light body as you vibrate the letters.
Personally I do a deep aura cleaning after every RTR upon waking up, vibrating RAUM into my soul and aura.
Make sure you do a strong AOP every day, I've had issues with odd entities in my visions when I slacked on my AOP in the past. I also had to evolve my AOP to include rune vibrating and still do it this way daily as I felt the other method wasn't sufficient, but we're all different.
I've had entities try to interact with me in the past when I was more newly dedicated and I simply asked them if they "are of Satan" and personally called out to Satan on the astral asking if "this entity belongs to You Satan?"
I had a crazy looking wild bearded face appear to my astral vision while falling asleep once in the past, as if trying to intimidate or frighten me. This method of calling upon Satan worked like a charm and it faded instantly. If you have a GD try asking for help while focusing on His/Her sigil. It helps me to draw my GD sigil, sometimes I draw it on the back of my hand.
I feel as if your soul needs much deeper cleaning. I would clean it fervently with the best methods that suit you until you feel it, feel that it's been purified. Feel uplifted and free. Feel light hearted. Feel joy.

Someone was trying to bind you that is often seen as chains or did bind you. Dont believe per say that just because you notice something during a ritual its new. Try to focus on your soul see if that is something there.

It may be an attack, or something attached to you.

This sounds like maybe a ghost that is living in that area. And when you were doing something that puts a lot of power into your soul, it noticed this and wanted to look what it was.

Satan can help you get rid of a ghost if you ask him to.
