How to use both sides of my brain

Hey all,

-I wonder if there's any exercise I can use to active both sides of my brain before I raise my Kundalini?

-Is there a way of using 100% both sides of my brain?

-Is this link legit about activating my brain sides:

I'm not really a believer but I made this test of what side of my brain I use and that quiz said I use my left brain more then right.
