How to "tune in"

Perhaps I've been making a mistake in wording my questions when it comes to contacting the Goddesses and Gods. How do I tune in to hear amd see them? I'm thinking that I must be making a mistake somewhere on my part and that it's not that I'm being ignored my them. I invest as much as I can into power meditation I'm still opening my major chakras however I've already opened my third eye and clairaudience along with clairvoyance points. I still don't hear or see anything but I'm staying faithful.
