When you wake up in the morning and the Sun starts spinning, then gets covered by clouds and the instant the clouds move away, the Sun shines brighter and brighter until it is at the brightest.
That's what it means.
Don't stare at the Sun tho, as it can damage your eyesight.
As for seeing auras. It takes time and patience. You need to open your psychic senses and then empower them over time, plus continue meditating.

you still can see your own aura to some degree if you didnt degenerated too much. place your hand againts a black backround, tune into it and see for youself.
