You can raise your energies by doing yoga, breathing exercises, absorbing energy from the sun, vibrating SATANAS, doing the 666 meditation (VU VA VO), or using some other method that gets you an energy buzz. An energy buzz is a feeling of tingling, vibrating, buzzing, feeling like you are glowing, or some other sensation that indicates you have heightened levels of bioelectricity (also called vril, witchpower, chi, life force, etc.).
