I'm hearing a lot about opening your astral eyes and ears. How do you do that? I am new, I have not dedicated yet but I have been opening and spinning my chakras. I want to dedicate but I just have no time. My catholic family is breathing down my neck and I was trying to find a time to dedicate. Which brings me to another question. Is it ok to extinguish the candle during dedication? I will stay and meditate as long as I can, but I hope I won't be doing anything wrong by putting out the flame.
