How to get started...

i could assist you with basic meditations and teachings both scientific logical and simply anything you wish to know im here and available for you to speak with on messenger dr.sethfcm@... yahoo or msn either one if you do not wish to speak with me then go to the JOS site and look for meditations and perform some of the basic ones listed in the first section.

Sir...I am on psychiatric medication right now for OCD n Dysthymia and i gotta take these meds till September of 2010.Is ot okay for me to get started with the meditations listed for beginners ??? I hope these breathing exercises dont interact adversely with the meds.

It should be fine to start with the beginner stuff, what's important is to take it slow and don't overdo it. That's all you really need to worry about.
