Not feeling anything on the dedication ritual just means that you need work.
When you can communicate with a Demon, then your ready to ask them to come talk to you.  At least that makes sense to me.
Yes.  You can ask your Guardian Demon for a succubus.  
I would start your meditation program right now and forget all about the succubus.  But, whatever you decide, I support you.
