how to detach from someone PERMANENTLY?

How to fully destroy any love,hurt,care feeling for my ex ,so it can never get in my way. Its a hang up eh? Want to clean it totally before it again come in my way of my spiritual development. Can it be fully permanently gone only with "Munka" meditation or is there any other meditation for it? 
Just woked up from a dream in where i was so desperate to talk,see my ex huh..it hurted

You can severe the astral link you have with that person. Whenever you form a ''bond'' with someone (whether its negative of positive) an astral cord connects both of your throat chakras. You need to severe it during the trance. Here is more info:
