He is my mom’s ex boyfriend. And I live with my mom.He came to where we live at night, trying to forcing my mom to see him to stay in relationship with him again.He was drunk and kicked the door, which scared me. We have called the police and that is not enough to stop him.

You could also do a small working on your house or your mother, a protection one, to keep him (and other negative people) from coming there.
You could combine the meditation in the part about 'fighting back' with a rune, like Algiz, or Aum Suryae (sanskrit) but I think its also said that sanskrit shouldnt be combined with runes.
You could do a small runic working with low reps for protection. What matters here is focus and directing the energy. Be absolutely sure that what you affirm is going to happen as you say. <= that helps.

You could also do a binding spell on the guy, for now. (By the way, someone who's drugged up or has taken alcohol is more perceptive to recieve things on the astral, so it'd be easier to 'curse' him. Also when someone's sleeping its said that its easier to send something their way).
