This is in regards to temperature. I know how to use energy very sufficiently to warm up when I'm cold but I'm not sure yet how I can cool myself down when it's too hot. Any information?

I think that mastery over the water element would help with that. Alternatively, you can try visualizing cooling white-blue energies in your surrounding area. There was also one method where you would visualize all the atoms around you and mentally slow down their vibration in order to lower the temperature. For that last one I do not know if it actually works, though. I have not tested it personally.Ghost in the Machine said:

I would assume that it may be similar to the Meditation to produce heat(Expaning the Sushumna) instead of visualizing the Sushumna as red hot, maybe visualize it as icy cold as if encased in ice and just repeat the same steps as the former guide. However I'm not sure if there will be any side-effects or if it will be any of use since I'm not advanced enough to do these type of meditations. But I thought I might throw in my 2 cents and try to help out another Satanists.
