How many Theistic Satanists are there in the world?

I was keeping track of the number of members of JoS for a few months,
but I haven't made any posts about it in a long while, as I've had other
priorities. I've been planning to start again next Sunday.

Aside from JoS, one can't really know the number of Theistic Satanists,
since JoS is probably the only large, organised group. If I was going to
guess, I'd say maybe 150 to 200 thousand.
