So i just have been doing meditations for over 1 year everyday (actually 2 or 3 times I skipped day). The problem here is that i wasn't focused enough during that meditations and they weren't efficient, so i just put more advanced meditations and added more reps to breathing exercises. 2 days ago i just started focusing on them very much and today the energy from them hit me very much. Now i feel like i want to vomit, from time to time i just need intensively breathe to stay sane and there is a pressure in my head (rather unpleasant pressure) along with stress.
And my question is, should i should start completely new program like "40 day meditation program for beginners" or "Spiritual Warfare Training Program for Satanists" OR just do less amount of my current breathing exercises and remove more advanced meditations (but keep those basic)? And what about kundalini and hatha yoga?
