How does one perform the Gods Rituals more efficiently?

Hello,
With the help of both HP Zevios Metathronos and [JG] ApolloAbove I now have my original account back, so from this point I will be using this account instead of my VortexOfLife one.

But back on topic. I was wondering how can one perform the Gods Rituals more efficiently, on the tozrituals site pertaining to each god has an avg time no more than 30 minutes.
I did Father Satan's Absolution Ritual a couple days ago but it took me upwards of an hour plus even using the shortened versions of the runes.

I would like to perform more of the Gods Rituals but I have a terrible time with focusing or even sitting still for such long periods so I'm not sure how to perform more efficiently and I believe I'm doing something wrong if it's taking this long to perform just one of the Gods Ritual

Should I vibrate the runes similar to that of the Ritual as in I sort of vibrate the runes in that manner?
Should I just instead vibrate the runes normally but do vibrate/chant them at a faster pace?

I apologize for the rather stupid question, just wanting to know how can I perform them more efficiently.

A rune vibrates in two seconds, and emphasises various parts such as the rounded R, the Zevism and others. Vibrate it strongly but briefly, I vibrate a rune in the rituals of the Gods in two seconds.

\nThank you so much Vira and Henu, I was able to perform Father Satan's Ritual in a much shorter time less than 30 minutes. Still feel like I made some mistakes: example being that I'm not drawing the breath on every single rune pronunciation, I would draw breath then vibrate Fe 10 times, draw breath again and vibrate Laaz and so on and so forth. Only one I did not do it for was Bercna which took me longer than the others to vibrate.\n

\nThis may be a general idea, but I think it is more useful to do these rituals according to the other works you are already doing, such as the ritual of Thot when doing intelligence-related work, or the ritual of Astarte when working on love.

You do not need to stretch out the vibration for a long time. Speak each rune powerfully but quickly. Each rune name is either 1 or 2 or 3 syllables, the number of seconds I spend pronouncing it is like one second per syllable. It takes about 20 minutes to do each ritual.

Pronounce them correctly with the vibration on each sound, but it can be done quickly. Doing it quickly, and timing it with the breaths also makes it similar breathing to the Breath of Fire breathing practice. And the "breathing with the diaphram." All of this together makes it even more powerful. I can often feel the whole room resonating around me with the vibration as I am doing this.

It used to take me a long time too. It gets easier with more practice, you will adapt and be able to do it the way I described.
