how does DNA work?

First off, I'm proud to be a gentile! Yay! I did background digging and asked the gods and I found out that I have no Jewish DNA! I could hug and kiss every last one of you, my beautiful brothers and sisters! I'm so proud and happy, not to mention relieved....

Ahem. Now that my moment of bliss is out of the way...

Can somebody help me understand DNA? How does it work?

I'm female, so I do know I mostly trace my lineage through the motherland, which I found out I'm a Celtic.

But does the FATHER give any of his genes? I read his seed only determines the sex of the person.... yet I'm aware that his x factor comes from his mother while the y passes down from male to male...

Being female myself, and you all can call me Grimmy, I need to know has any of the genes through the male lineage pass on to me?

I'm proud of my father's lineage....but I doubt that I had inherited it. I inherited my father's mother's mother to mother etc lineage instead.

I found out that they are all gentile, too.

So, whose genes/DNA Did I inherit?

Your father and mother give each half of their dna to you.
It is not only the x or y.

There are people that look more like their dads regardless of being a woman or not.

So, that's where the alleles come in? Do we inherit all of our ancestors' blood? Even the blood of a great grandfather on our mother's side? Do we inherit his father's blood as well?

The reason why I ask this there is this girl named Bridgit who I met who told me that such a person in her family was a Jew but she doesn't consider herself one. She is a levaian satanist but was interested in joining Satan's army.

What do I tell her when I see her?
