How do you handle being told your wrong?

I have only been satanist for a year and have family that is both Muslim and Christian.... They found out and it caused a huge fight and they pushed me away because they said I shouldn't believe and are holding me at arms length... How can I handle this without losing my relationship with my family whom I have always been close too?

Just say that you don't believe in any God at all? Don't say that you're a Satanist... If they found out, say that you regretted it and "stopped being a Satanist" (the bullshit they want to hear) and in the meantime continue doing your meditations etc.

You should guide your secrecy with your life! Never reveal that you are a Satanist, especially to muslims. Go back and tell your family you were joking or you weren't sure, and pretend to be whatever they are. Even if you have to pray with them, pray, no one can hear what you say under your breath (fuck allah, fuck muhamad, fuck allah, repeatedly is what I do). Hold onto your secret that your free soul is being guided by the real God, Satan, never reveal it to anyone.
