how do you deal with "physical" contact

yesterday I was lying in bed and felt clearly as tough someone had thrown some shit in my face.I actually felt it hit,and then somenthing pressing on my legs. Prior to this I had only heard my name called and freaked out, or overheard gibberish. This is really freaking me out, but I know I should be fearless
How do you deal with stuff like this?

When i feel something like this, i freak out. Well because i only had a few amount of experiences like this. Sometimes i call for satan for help, or i try visualising the enemy with imagination (visualise it as a grey or angel) then set it on fire with the fire element.

We should be taught more on how to defend ourselves in these situations. All we know it black magick.

Sounds like a gray attack to me, well if you don't have your third eye open, open it. This should allow you to see the despicable being. Then visualize demons or father chasing the creature away, or slaying it.

Hope this helps, i have never been attacked in over a year of practicing Zevism.

When we are new to Zevism, Satan and his give us plenty of help. As we progress, we are expected to do things for ourselves and use our own energies which we develop through consistent Power Meditation

The point is that I am not sure whether it is the physical sheld that we should apply...
