How do i know if a chakra is opening or has been fully opened?

i can't feel my chakra, except the 3rd eye i can feel a pressure between my eyebrows, and i can control that pressure by focusing on it. However, i can't feel my other chakras?

can they get activated without feeling them ?

Third eye is most often the chakra that can be felt 24/7 once properly activated. The same case is with me. I feel my 3rd eye most of the time, but i have to focus on the rest to feel them.

However you should get the feeling when you focus on them. If you can't feel them at all, even during the chanting, that means you should repeat the opening excercises.
