How do I get rid of this properly?

Someone by accident,brought a mini Jewish Magic and spells
hand book,Into my home,It's got a very negative energy
flow coming from it,I touched it and just felt this heavy
uncomfortable feeling,How do I properly Get rid of this book?
without anything bad happening?...I don't want it to bring
any negative energy into my home or my life.
I'm pretty certain it's been used in some jewish magic
rituals It certainly looks old.
