How do I find out the number of times a rune must be repeated?

They're in order. Like Algiz is number 15 on the list, so it must be vibrated 15 times minimum, or in multiples of 15 like 30, 45, 60 etc.

This is the targeted message.

when you look at the runes on the joy of satan page they are in order the number for uruz is two so repeat it twice( not enough by the way) or atleast twenty times or a multipe of two(2,4,6,8 and or so on) another example algiz rune is the fifteenth rune so vibrate it fifteen times or a multiple of 15 get it?
