well if your advanced enough simply telepathically talk to him, say something along the lines of "hey satan, would you mind talking to me, i have a few questions..." or if your not at that level yet, cut your finger to make a blood sacrifice on your Ouija board and say something along the lines of "Lord satan, i need your guidance, i ask for you to please come to my ouija board and assist me in my time of need" if he comes, you'll most definitely feel his energy.
