How am I supposed to tell if I am hallucinating or not??

I struggle with mental health issues, one of them being hallucinating. My question is, how am I supposed to know if I am hallucinating or if there is a demonic presence? It is really starting to wear on my nerves, because I will think someone is there and than realize it was me hallucinating.

If a God is there you'll usually feel physical effects like increased bioelectrecity and they also rarely move objects.
