Honest, super simple question on ectoplasm

I've noticed a slight "split" on the website's information about astral and physical information. A slight one.So, can ectoplasm be used to make a person invisible to the eyes, or only astral? I was going to start working on it. I mean, invisibility will be cool, even though it's going to take about 2,000 years to do it..yes, I'm skeptic of my abilities and I doubt, but, having no prior invisibility experience, that's a safe estimate.Also..should I be doing affirmations of some kind to improve my learning and growing? I don't "feel" like I'm getting anywhere..my guardian says I am, but, I have nothing to show for it. At all. Nothing.

Do you keep a journal/black book and update it often? I am sure you have many things to show in advancement since you dedicated.
It's your self-doubt that is holding you back.
Believe in yourself.
If you have the will, discipline and practice daily and consistently, there will be results. Record them.

My last message didn't go through; someone must have thought it smelled of bullshit. Anyways.
Yes I am now keeping a daily journal. Or as daily as I can. I was also able to cry for once, first time in about..7 years now? Several surgeries, hospitalizations, and just general stress..had to let it go, let it--NO. I haven't see that movie and I will not start singing .<
Now, I am continuing at my own rate, doing more of the stuff on the site. I am making a personal assistant thoughtform stronger by ripping out my neighborhood's chakra energy. APPARENTLY, fi you drain them, they won't necessarily suffer; their energy replenishes. It is only when you REPLACE their energy with negativity do they truly suffer. So, everyone who lives near me will be drained quite often. Pathetic amounts of energy..but I cannot seem to draw from fires(sun included), or from trees..so long as I do no harm, I need absolutely insane amounts of energy.
I'll start applying energy to ectoplasm, once I can feel and control it better. I want to actually "see" my results. I can see my thoughtform on the physical plane now, and she's amazing..but too thin to interact. Could be my third eye seeing here, but I want my real eyes to see as well.
