The Al-Jilwah is literally enforced by Satan with magic, so yes, it's a law. It has to do with many things regarding the level of extraterrestrial control over our planet. Things are basically just barricaded spiritually in such a way that revealing ourselves will cost far more than it will ever win us. In the future it will be different, but you need discipline.

This is where you lost me. I have no idea what you're talking about now. I assume you mean the reader of the Al-Jilwah. If so, yes the reader should consume the information and evaluate but what you seem to not understand is that we are still in the Dark Age right now, on our way to the Golden Age, but not quite there yet, and so the effects of the PIsces Dark Age are still present.

If you are aware of the threat and simply go ahead you'll end up dead or in a very bad situation, and the reason why we and the Al-Jilwah warn against doing such a thing is because we actually care about other people. If you cared about other people, you wouldn't want them killing themselves.
So, those weren't actually "just some thoughts", they were questions. I just thought I would answer them anyway, but sharing your thoughts basically means to add additional information about a subject, and asking questions means to probe for additional information that you would want but do not have. With what I gave you, I hope you can understand why we are not permitted to show off magic power.
