You could try again and again until you get the falling effect.However, you could also just relax completely, relax sooo much, that you will eventually fall into a trance without even realizing it. You could also do the breathing exercises (it says on the site) that could help you enter a trance (for example, inhale for a count of 4, hold for a count of 4 and exhale for a count of 4).

I try pratice getting into a trance and I can visualize pretty well but I can't feel my self falling, I only visualize or image it. Any help? Thanks!
