As i've become more in tune with my sixth sense, and the knowledge of our legacies abused and locked away forever to profit the overlords among us (Kikes,Muslims,And Xtians) i have noticed in these religions hermaphrodites are subjugated, and attacked, if not stitched shut (or mutilated) to keep their sexual identities hidden from all including themselves.
Why is this? Where in Egyptian cultures we see rumors of hermaphrodites being pharoes, or great warriors due to their unique bodies makeup.(slanted eyes, muscles from man, skeletal from woman) Does this perhaps have something to do with the reptillian forces riding against our species? Is that why they have made it the norm through years of religious control to destroy these genetic abnormalities?Maybe this is a way to kill off any new potential forms of humanoid resistance, by isolating the dna holders that can replicate hermaphroditism? As a third sex transfemale I can honestly say it goes deep to the core of the individual soul and part of our nature...some native American tribes recognized these individuals as two spirited just as the Hindus did as well..for them these two spirited or commonly known as transgender souls were in complete union with the male and female energies simultaneously and were treated as sacred...as a Aztec Indian and Spanish European I understand the phenomenon that has recently surfaced in our time but was commonplace back in ancient Egypt...i really hope this somewhat helped out

I would mainly be interesting knowing when the surgical procedure first started. The idea of third-sex people, and female men and male women isn't new, but when it comes to actually changing the parts with surgery I'm curious when that procedure started.

There is much disinformation being thrown around here, everybody supposedly "knows something" on this topic, while in reality, rarely anyone knows anything. They just pretend they do. HP Jake Carlson did much of the research several years ago, you should read it.
As for idiots like Malice who are calling trans folks "trannies", go f**k yourself, infiltrator scum.
Also, surgery is relatively new approach, which is based on materialistic science we have today. It is attempt to fix the problem with limited scientific knowledge. Thing is that issue goes deeper than material and physical, and conventional science got it all wrong. This is why for some hormone replacement therapy and genital reassignment surgery are the salvation which makes them live happy productive lives, while for some all it does is create even more misery and suffering.
During and shortly after the Golden Age, with the help of the Gods, this phenomenon got treated in a best possible way. I do not believe it involved surgery back then.
