Hi all, I'm just going to get straight to the point here, I'm not new, but don't have spiritual power of any kind just yet, nor can I even concentrate for a full 2 mins. My question is here; how can I perform a money ritual properly to manifest financial success. I'm trying to become a home health aide and make 2400 a month if I can. My mom can't take care of herself properly, and needs help. My state does this, but they don't really wanna pay people. I was a home health aide, but from what my mother told me so asshole put her on a "spindown". So, due to that I couldn't reinstate as one again. Any advice, tips, anything ? I truly appreciate it. Hail zeus and the gods of the temple.

Obviously, there is only so much advice we can give you regarding things like welfare which are done through official government channels. These are legal matters which vary greatly from country to country, so the limit on the advice one can give you here beyond common sense is the spiritual.
Now, you can still perform money workings even if you're not majorly advanced as of yet. My recommendation (given the current Retrogrades) would be to wait until the latter third of next month before you see about doing any money workings. When that time comes however, a good suggestion would be to try the Lakshmi Square provided by Priest Alexandros.
Best of luck with your situation, of course. Having been a carer myself, I understand that it's tough and oftentimes help feels hard to come by.

NG Arcadia has already given you some good advice regarding the workings you can perform, so I'd like to add a few thoughts.
I think your desire to provide for your mother while taking care of her is something admirable, and I understand why you're looking for a solution as quickly as possible. However, you mentioned having very little experience with spiritual work and struggling to maintain concentration. I would really encourage you to establish a proper daily meditation routine and gradually strengthen your soul. You can certainly perform money workings alongside this, but spiritual abilities take time to develop, and expecting substantial financial results immediately may leave you unnecessarily discouraged.
I would also recommend maybe contacting your local social services to see if there are options for help.

Maybe you could locate someone who can advise you on the legal/logistical avenues that would help you become an aide again, potentially a social worker or someone who could direct you to local resources on this or any of your other options.
Don't doubt your abilities to successfully manifest your desires, these will grow as you advance, progress spiritually and develop your will/focus. You can begin a working on a favourable date and for now you can begin a Basic Meditation Program (Basic Meditation Program example).

As a person who is familiar with the social security system in terms of jurisprudence (I have my first degree in law and social security organization), regarding my country:
If social workers who are allocated by the state department to provide free services (for example, to help your mother and provide social care for her) do not perform their duties well, you have the right to change another social worker and file a complaint.
If your mother was not properly helped by the actions/omissions of the social worker, you also have the right to go to court.
In my country, social workers are very well paid by the state and for actions/omissions they bear high legal responsibility (up to criminal liability), these risks associated with the proper provision of assistance / care are also included in the salary of these employees.
I don't think the state support system in your country is very different, so you can oblige social workers to perform their duties if your mother has the legal right to free care from the state.
«You will find on the left of the halls of Hades a spring, and standing by it a white cypress. Do not approach this spring at all. You will find another, from the Lake of Memory, with cold water flowing from it. Guardians stand before it. Say: 'I am a child of Earth and starry Heaven, but my race is of Heaven alone. You know this yourselves. I am parched with thirst and am perishing. Give me quickly the cold water flowing from the Lake of Memory.' And they will give you to drink from the sacred spring, and after that you will reign among the other heroes» - From the Petelia Tablet (300-200 BCE)
